So, I must really be a magnet for awesome driving abilities or something. When we moved into our house a month ago a certain loud mouthed youth group member with the initials ZB harassed me (and indeed still harasses me) for having some minor issues backing into our curvy driveway. I believe he said anyone could do it better then me. Well ZB, here is proof that at least one person is worse at backing then me. We had friends over and they well, left their car in this position over night.
Took multiple service vehicles to remove it. I guess the moral of the story is be very careful backing out of my driveway. The good news is that no one was hurt and the vehicle took hardly any damage. And no, it was no one from youth group who did it.
On the more ministry front I have been studying James 3:3-12 for our retreat this weekend. Had not read it in a long time, and what a powerful and important passage for a day in age when we are so cruel to each other with our words. I know it's making me be so much more aware with the words I use and how I chose to use them. Check it out if you have not read it before.
